After this, Kaitlyn gained experience working with the family as a whole providing case management to families experiencing a variety of challenges and barriers.
Kaitlyn has a deep passion for working with youth of all ages. Kaitlyn's favorite part of this work is helping a child realize his or her strengths and then watching them blossom into productive and confident individuals. Kaitlyn strongly believes in celebrating successes no matter how small.
Kaitlyn has continually been able to use her college basketball experience as a way to connect with youth. She also enjoys all sports and is an avid Packers and Badgers fan. She can most often be found spending time with her family. Kaitlyn enjoys hiking, kayaking, and exploring nature. She really loves to incorporate this when building relationships with youth.
